The main highlights at Berlyn Sausage Haus & Cafe at Riverfront Sungai Petani here are good quality German style sausages except that they are pork free and some halal certificates are posted at the entrance.
The food dishes look presentable and were delicious. One of the bosses said the sausages used are of high quality and are in-house produced in their factory in Selangor. We also learned that they supply sausages and meatball products to retail market as well.
Price is reasonble here, considering if we buy German sausages in hypermarket like Lotus’s normally the costs are not cheap.
Both beef and chicken sausages platter are tasty, and we parents prefer beef sausages due to the stronger flavour. Some sausages are firm and more Q than the others due to the nature of the variety and types. Mustards, mayonese and chili sauce (ketchup on request) are nicely served to complement the food.
Services are good. The boss patiently explained about the menu upon our arrival.
The restaurant does not sell alcoholic drinks. However, customers from next doors may be able to order the food from here.
