29 March 2014. Co-found Central Kedah Tourism And Art Development Association, an NGO to promote local Kedah tourism and arts. 1st AGM held at Jerai Mount, the highest mount in Kedah state.
2014-11-23 Central Kedah Tourism Festival organized by Central Kedah Tourism And Arts Development association. This was an official Kedah state government’s sponsored event. The closing ceremony of the festival was officiated by Chief Minister of Kedah State, YAB Dato’ Seri Mukhriz, at Semeling town, Kedah. Vincent Tai Yeong Sheng was the Tourism Festival Event Chairman.
The carnival successfully attracted more than 15,000 visitors to Semeling town and surroundings during the 5-day period.

2016-07-05 Established a French fine-dining cuisine Arte Restaurant Penang that is located within same premise as the Daiichi Art Space. 2018-02-27 Arte Restaurant was awarded iNPenang Best Restaurants 2018 after two years in operations (established 5 July 2016). The certificate was presented by YB Danny Law Heng Kiang (left 3), Penang State Executive Councillor for Tourism Development and accompanied by Mr. Ch’ng Huck Theng (left 1), Chairman of Association of Tourism Attractions Penang (ATAP) / Founding President of iNPenang Magazine and CHT Network.
The restaurant operation was stopped on 1 June 2020 during Covid 19 pandemic and Arte was converted to an online wine store Arte Wine Shop.

2018-11-25 Penang Bridge International Marathon (PBIM) 2018. My first full marathon, running during a thunderstorm and completed within under 5 hours.
23 Dec 2018. Renown TV host Axian’s Food Adventures, vlogger and food blogger Jason Yeoh (Axian)’s visiting Arte Restaurant Head Chef was aired on “Jason Can’t Cook” tv series at 10pm on Astro 301 & 306 satellite tv channels. Thanks very much to Jason Yeoh Axian and Astro.

“法國餐像一幅圖畫，每次擺盤時都像在畫一幅畫的感覺。” 二十八歲的鄭俊吉心中總是有一份畫意，他將本土食材拉到籃裡，透過法式手法處理，而做出了別具亞洲風味的法國餐。他傳授阿賢混合中法技術做酥炸脆鳞白鱼時，雖以法式肉醬配搭，卻不忘呈現本土潮州人鱗肉一塊食用的文化。他所示範的檳城本土羊奶豆腐花和法式油蒸大頭蝦，無不透過悅目的擺盤，以調和澱粉、蔬果與主食的滋味：他讓藝術可以當飯吃。
